It's not hard to get a job that suits you. You might have to try a few times, but sooner or later you should be able to find a snug fit. Just make sure to follow these simple steps.
Firstly, make sure you meet the requirements of the job. Some employers may list a set of infeasible requirements, in which case you can be honest and let them know that you don' meet their criteria, but you're willing to grow into the role. Otherwise, if there are some non-negotiable terms that you need to have, it may be worth looking at other jobs. This saves time for you to focus on jobs for which you are actually a good fit; and for employers to focus on the right candidates.
Sometimes, there will be short answer questions for which you need to write out a few words. When you run into one of these questions, make sure to answer it clearly and concisely. The employer not only wants to see that you're capable of answering, but also wants to make sure you're not lazy (And you're not!).
